01Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Road Mobility Analysis ("the Company") and the individual or institutional entity ("the Subscriber") accessing the Company's high-velocity data analytics and mobility signals. Accessing any part of our services, including the dashboard, API endpoints, or raw data exports, implies full acceptance of these terms.
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time to reflect changes in regulatory environments or technological advancements. Continued use of the platform following any such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
02Data Usage and Restrictions
Subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and utilize the mobility analysis data solely for internal business intelligence, market analysis, and decision-making purposes.
- Proprietary Access: Data retrieved through the platform must not be redistributed, resold, or shared with third-party entities without explicit written authorization from the Company.
- Automated Extraction: Systematic scraping or automated data extraction outside of the provided API documentation is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of access.
- Integrity: Subscribers must not attempt to reverse-engineer, de-identify, or re-identify any anonymized data sets provided within the Mobility Analysis suite.
03Intellectual Property
All content, algorithms, signal methodologies, visualizations, and data structures available through the Road Mobility Analysis platform are the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. These assets are protected by international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
No license or right is granted to the Subscriber except as expressly set forth in these Terms. The "Road Mobility Analysis" brand name and logo are trademarks of the Company and may not be used in connection with any third-party product or service.
04Limitation of Liability
The services provided by Road Mobility Analysis are delivered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for absolute precision, the Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the signals provided.
In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of profits or trading losses — arising out of the use or inability to use the platform, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
05Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located within that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
